Up Front Tid-Bits in support of Working sections 5 & 6 of the Book involving the Repetitive Training Mental/Emotional Positivity Tools/Skills Process (Update 12/27/24))

Info Below has been incorporated into the 5th/Final Touch Edition of Book.

Below  are a few Important Up Front Tidbits which have formulated in past for Others I was Cheerleading for in Process to Work on yourself Properly… Of course Free Cheerleading is always provided if desired, but other than a few Tid-Bits or Key Suggestions up-front ID’d below you do not really need these Cheerleading services as the Book is Complete having gone thru 7 yrs. 4 months of formulation in publishing the “4th Editon– “The Final Cut” of the Book to get it Just Right…

I Suggest read these thru a couple times so that they will come to mind when you are starting up & Working the Process. Enjoy the Ride my Friends & Realize The Huge Positive Impacts this is going to have on you when you, those Magic Words… Just Try & give it your Best Shot!  You Cannot Fail if you Try!!!
  1. If desire to get a E-Book & Work this then Highly Suggest to use a LapTop or a Kindle!  If you are considering to use your cell phone to work from, I feel that approach would be overly broken up when Working on self real time.  If you do not have a LapTop or a Kindle then  suggest to get a Paperback Book instead & if you do that Make Sure you order “New” to assure you are getting the latest version of the Book, i.e. The “4th Edition– The Final Cut” for the Main Book, “Rise and Shine Anxiety & Depression & Life Management Tools.”.
  2. When you are “Reading” the Main Book, up front in the Introductory area etc. up to section 5 & 6, if you were thinking about using an audio app to read the Book, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO!… Often people when they start reading books via audio apps. are often multi-tasking & not fully engaged into to matters which are So Very Important.  For fiction reading that would be fine, but not for this! In the case of this Book I would highly Recommend not using an audio app of any kind, especially when working sections 5 & 6 as Instructed to assure your Focus in Working on yourself here. Later on as a refresher, then sure if you wish to but when you are Working the Process suggest not to!
  3. When I was Helping the 3/4/20 Reviewer up front, he had told me he was reading other Books on Mental Health when he started reading the Main Book (The Final Cut) … I told him, Please, drop the MH related Books  Completely (like a ton of bricks…!). Hey there is a lot of convoluted information on Mental Health out there, & if you were to do the multiple reads which the 3/4/20 Reviewer was originally doing, that would only serve to dilute & confuse you vs. tuning in 100% to the Optimum Process written  in This True Self-Helper. I Assure you the Book has All Your Needs & if another MH Book is good then I can Assure you that would be only a subset of what is covered in This Book!But YES, Absolutely, if you are reading in parallel a Spiritually Based Book, that would be More Than Fine :)!
  4. As far as being Patient in Process of doing the Repetitive Training Process in sections 5 & 6, the Book makes it quite clear about those matters… i.e. definitely you do not want to rush thru the Process as I did… ultimately going thru the 15 week Process I Learned in like 9 weeks time Mistakenly which I Paid the Price of Impatience thru 10 yrs thereafter actually, not realizing the mistake I made until I read the Instruction of what to do or not to do those 10 yrs later…  But also as I address in Book you Definitely do not want to to stall out in Process since there is So Much to Learn along the way… The Book Process is an approximate 12 week Process as I was readily able to compress the 15 week schedule I Learned from into a 12 week process , as it came out without missing a beat, which was quite evident as I realized the not Good but Tremendous Positive Impacts this was having on 100% of those who Tried & Worked it diligently, with Book in hand only... Each of the section 5 & 6 subsections Suggesting/Requiring repetitive Training are geared to Try to complete each of these subsection in one weeks time… Extending some of those to 1 1/2 weeks should not post any problems… & Maybe 2 weeks MAX would only be Suggested if Needed… But we Certainly want to keep the flow & the Learning a going!    This is Important so as not to significantly impact the  Reprogramming Process going on per the Repetitive Training you’ll be doing.

NOTE:  Something to bring to your attention regarding an Oversight I have in the Book per section 1.1, Item 2) towards the tail end of the 1st paragraph:

“…..Guess what path I had to follow, when I was truly at Rock Bottom in my Life? Written material alone was not good enough since I was so desperate, anxious, and perplexed, and I was not really in a state of mind to be able to read or comprehend things in my A & D saturated mind.  Of course, I did not have this Book in hand.  But even if I did, as bad as I was feeling, I would likely have fallen into this category 2), and ordered Lucinda’s (Midwest Center’s) program which is consistent with the fact the “Attacking Anxiety and Depression Program” was geared to and was advertised for those most afflicted.”

In reality though just like section 1.1 Item 1) identifies as a Suggestion & as Section 1.9 furthermore infers, the Meditation Routine is something we do from the Get Go when start Working the Positivity Tools/Skills process per the Book or Program Learned from (i.e. as ID’d in the Book in section 5.2…). That allows us to Calm down our Minds to be able to Read & Comprehend matters to accommodate this TRUE Self-Helper; hence no difference between the Book or the Program/Workbook I Learned from regarding Reading & Comprehension Concern.
