Good Words below but just finished off Manuscript for the upcoming “5th/Final Touch Edition” of the Book, where the related words are just more polished, & providing greater Depth into matters… So Yeah, all below is incorporated in the Final Touch Edition of the Book, & is Likely the Most Influential part of the Book as it was for me and as it would likely be for others.

As “Spirituality 4.1 (first paragraph)” is written, being Christian, there were always reservations of what was written thru the 4 editions of the Book including the published “Final Cut” words: “Yeah, I do know what the Bible says, but I always wanted to Lure and not Discriminate nor Drive People away from this Book’s stated Matters/Considerations.…… So please, if you practice your Faith through a different Religion, while reading through this Book, then make the associated switch to the name of your Higher Power,  and it should be fitting for you as well .” Yeah, the most difficult paragraph to write to get it just RIGHT!….. but again I never did feel very Good about this, especially more so lately…

Considering what is being said, this paragraph was written in a earthly/humanistic way & not in a Godly Truthful Way/Manner… Of course I had nothing but Good Intent & kindness I was thinking in writing this as such, but below I have added words along with the existing published words in “[[bolded/underined/Blue text]]” reflecting the Christian Truths of the matter.

This acknowledgement over time Really became bothersome and led to this 4.1 paragraph being a necessary stumbling block for me recently, resulting in me to now focus & reflect on this as written below (more or less), as I continue to address this Book to others I meet, planting seeds for one’s Wellness/Wellbeing. Yeah, with all the stressors which were amounting for me in Life recently along with this realization, I hit a 5 month Deep depression/anxiety pitfall… So Painful, thinking I can’t believe this is happening again after all I suffered years back & This Book I wrote which I was convinced to be All we can do for ourselves as humans, the Natural Way, for the Mind (Mentally/Emotionally), SPIRIT (our Faith & Foundation), & Body!!……. But now, NO MORE with my continued Faith Growth as I finally realized, after so many years, the Importance of what is being said below allowing me to finally Let Go of my perfectionist ways I was holding onto thru my whole life till now actually, often thinking I was not good enough in the eyes of God… How wrong of me to feel overburdened as such as a Christian! As the pastor at the Christian church I attend said in his sermon, if you feel you are not good enough for God, well that is a Dead End way of Life… I can assure you this is So True, living this way as I have for so long !!! Interestingly, prior to this acknowledgement & prior to when I spiraled down recently into those 5 months of depression, I always felt I had to go thru a lengthy ritualistic set of prayers daily to feel that I was Good enough that day for God, indicative of living my life per the Old Ways & Laws in bondage! WOW, as I just have now realized this! THANKS GOD & JESUS!

“4.1   Spirituality:

“I firmly believe there is a need to believe in a Higher Power in our lives. Need to identify up front that I am Christian, so I refer to our Higher Power as God, and our Savior as Jesus Christ.  Other Religions may have a different name for their Higher Power and may not have a Religious Being that parallels Jesus Christ; that, I am not certain of. [[There are no Parallels to Jesus Christ as Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God, who provides the only Pathway to God & Heaven we have as humans… Jesus provided his ministry here on earth thru 33 yrs of Life, speaking & preaching the Word of God, & then provided the Ultimate Sacrifice for the forgiveness of Sins of all mankind as he was Condemned for going against the grain of the old Jewish laws & leaders, was Crucified on the Cross, Died, & was buried, & then, on the 3rd day, he Rose from the dead bringing Life, Salvation, & Peace Of Mind to us as sinners, which we all are really, but certainly don’t mean to be, as we follow the New Testament Principles/Ways, ( foremost are the most Important Commandments in the Bible being the Love of God/Jesus #1 in our Lives, & Love our neighbors (everyone) as ourselves)……contrary to the Old Testament ways if we are Jewish, living a life of rituals in order to be Good with God, or otherwise if not Jewish, if living by the old ways in a sense which tends to keep us in bondage to sin, thinking we need to be perfect and need to hit the bullseye or target of perfection in our quest to be Good Enough for God. How often do we miss the bullseye & maybe the target being as Good as we can be as humans :)? Living the New True Christian Way of Life means we have That Heartfelt Love, Belief, Faith, & Trust in God/Jesus & have the Understanding of the True meaning of the Ultimate Sacrifice made & the Resurrection from death Jesus went thru on our behalf, which combined are The Only Regulation/Requirement we Need, to be GOOD in the eyes of God, as we confess our sins when we know we have done wrong & have that heartfelt desire to improve!! This allows us as sinners to LET GO…..Freeing ourselves of the Guilt & Pains we may feel as we often miss that bullseye or target as humans,… Give it some thought when we don’t live our life as such, and get caught up in that negative state of mind of pain with a domino effect of negativity going on, we lose focus & may lose that connection with God/Jesus . This sets us up for an attack from the enemy where it feels like he is trying to pull us down & tear us apart which might be actually happening?!…. Doesn’t it really feel this way at times especially when we are feeling Very negative & down, in a state of Depression?!!! So the as stated above “Only Regulations/Requirements we Need as Christians to be GOOD in the eyes of God”, brings us that FREEDOM, Sanctuary, & Peace of Mind we all yearn for in/thru Life. When understanding what the Bible says throughout the New Testament it becomes Clear (finally for myself), during the times when the Apostles were preaching to the Jewish People during Jesus’s Ministry, & thereafter, post Resurrection of Jesus, preaching to the Gentiles, that This was/is the Common Message being provided to All!!! To be additionally Clear on matters of such Faith Formation & Spiritual Growth, this leads to one’s Strong Foundation which forms the basis of our Positivity in Life when we get this RIGHT, & forms the basis of our negativity when we get this wrong which will result in down/Anxious/Depressive times no matter how Positive we feel we may be……By The Way: The Positivity Tools/Skills Process in the Book are Strong and are Very Helpful for those if we initially Struggle or Suffer with various levels of Anxiety & Depression going on in Life, daily/hourly, or maybe every minute it seems & feels like, living life with low self-esteem, with little self-confidence, and are willing to really work this Process. The resultant Positivity we can develop thru this process, expedites the process of Feeling Good about ourselves for the first time in life, letting us know our Best is more than Good Enough at whatever we do, our jobs etc.. Furthermore, this process enhances our ability to Connect with the Important things/Matters in Life including people around us, & God, which provides for an enhancement of Faith & a Stepping Stone to Greater Faith!! So then, unless we Truly develop a Strong Foundation in our Lives thru our Spiritual Growth, we will likely crumble, & Suffer thru Life since the Positivity Tools/Skills process alone Just Will Not Cut It (!) in the long run!! But combined it makes us as Strong as we can be as humans! ]]] So please, if you practice your Faith through a different Religion, while reading through this Book, then make the associated switch to the name of your Higher Power,  and it should be fitting for you as well [[??!… Hmmm… Think about this… Based on What It Takes To Be Good In the Eyes of God, or whoever you may call your Supreme Being (Maker of All things), isn’t this the Most Important Issue we all face, consider, or question in our Spiritual Lives?  It Has To Be I would think… So if you practice your Faith under a different religion, Ask Yourselves,  are your Requirement/Regulations to be Good in the Eyes of God, or whoever may be your Supreme Being,  maybe more Ritualistic, more Demanding, more Stressful, or generally seem Over-bearing vs. the Freedom & the Requirements we have as  Christians, as explained above… Think about this…Need not say more…]].  If you are not sure of, or have doubts about the basis of your Faith, then consider the Christian Way consistent with the way this Book is written; sure is Doing It for me :)… Yeah, I do know what the Bible says, but I always wanted to Lure and not Discriminate nor Drive People away from this Book’s stated Matters/Considerations.  In effect, this is written and consistent with the 2nd most important commandment in the Bible: Love Our Neighbors as Ourselves [[Since Love encompasses the Needs to address TRUTH to those around us, although painful at times, so much for this original argument/rationale vs. consistency when addressing the TRUTH.]]   There are Certainly Many Beautiful People who practice their Faith through different Religions and Belief Systems, indicative of what Morgan Freeman’s Story of God series addresses.  All that I can say is, I am not the JUDGE/MASTER, and understand that Only God Knows how we all will fair, when all is Said [[This has been Said/Prophesized & written in the Bible (i.e. Revelations)]] and Done.…………..”

These times are Very Trying & possibly the most difficult of times to deal with so we can all use All the Help We can get especially for matters which have fallen outside our control. So, Yeah, I URGE you to consider the Christian Way & Beliefs, Strongly Suggesting to read the Bible, starting off with the New Testament ( but, subsequently the Old Testament to understand the Biblical history leading to the New Testament) for your own complete understanding & Wellness allowing your TRUE FAITH to Grow with age!!!
