Another way of putting it is, when we are born into this world just like me & lots of negative thinking individuals, we become Insecure & Fragile dealing with our Immediate Environment… With OURSELVES #1, People, jobs, conflicts dealing with Ourselves & the populace.  But when we put in this Work Changing us, we clear our minds eliminating all that negative Self-Defeating Self-Talk we Bury ourselves with into the pits of Anxiety & Depression where we feel we can’t get out of… BUT WE CAN!, when again we Diligently Work this Unmatched Self-Personalized Positivity Process which Changes all this, allowing us to CONNECT with Everything that much Better & Stronger!… Feeling Confident & Comfortable within Ourselves for likely the first time Ever LIKELY, & Most Importantly CONNECTING with GOD & JESUS! This SOLIDIFIES Everything for our Well-Being/Mental Health… This is why I refer to the Positivity Tools/Skills Process in the Main Book as providing an Enhancement of Faith & a Stepping Stone to Greater FAITH!…Nothing Better my Friends when we put This all together!!!!!
